Synopsis

Robin and Harlequin battle a new villain, the Lumberjack, while Batgirl stops another new villain, Johnny G.I. from robbing a train, and the original Bat-Girl faces yet another villain named Laser Razer. Batgirl and Robin soon learn that all the new villains are one man whose ultimate plan is to force Congress and the President to resign.
