Synopsis
Sisters Janet and Joyce perform a circus big-cat act. Janet is jealous of Joyce’s romance with Dick, and allows a tiger to maul her sister. She repents at the last moment and saves Joyce’s life. Janet knows she’ll always play “second fiddle” to her more glamorous sister.

Synopsis
Verne is an ex-Army medic who poses as a doctor even though he has no degree. Each time his secret is exposed, he moves on to another job. At the Carlton hospital, Verne dates Gail and she discovers the truth. Verne flees but is badly injured in an auto accident. Gail says she’ll stand by him after he recovers and is put on trial.

Synopsis

When Dan returns to the USA on furlough, Sheila meets him in San Francisco. Dan deduces that Sheila lied about Jean and walks away. Sheila is left alone.

Synopsis
Drive-in waitress Ginny flirts with the male diners to get bigger tips, angering manager Dave. She goes for a drive with customer Dirkes, only to have him attack her. Ginny is rescued just in time by the police: Dirkes is “crazy as a loon” and a “strangler killer.” Ginny has learned her lesson and will marry Dave.
