Lower right part has 'stamp' for "Assistant Editors Month". In keeping with the tongue in cheek nature of most of these issues, the cover dress along the top of the title resembles the checkerboard design of early 60s DC comics. Even has DC style bullet with Conan- MC & Marvel Comics.

Synopsis

Raskos tries to form an alliance with the Man-Bats against Conan and the Bird-Men but is killed by Lyzala. Conan leads the Bird-Men in victory against the Man-Bats. Alhambra kills Lyzala to save Conan and then returns him to Earth.
