Synopsis

After receiving a tip on a crime from reporter Hal Lake, Batman goes undercover and discovers that Lake is using an underworld alias in order to gather information, is mentally unbalanced, and a criminal called the Jackal.

A man was sentenced for stealing a taxi. He explained he was tired of waiting for one to pick him up. A man who stole $24 explained to the judge he needed money to pay a previous fine.
