Synopsis
Muncie, IN has an old law forbidding carrying fishing tackle in a cemetery. Chard, England passed a law permitting members to eat sandwiches during meetings. Boston, MA introduce a bill proposing before a convicted man is imprisoned he spend the first day in stocks. Green Bay, WI a person can be fined for each drop of oil dripped from his auto to the pavement.
