Notes
The story ends with the text "The pearl-handled Colt .45's leave Billy the Kid's holsters again next week to bring justice to the lawless West!" This is probably from the weekly UK comic Sun/Sun Weekly (London: Amalgamated Press). Billy wears a mask, hat and black outfit in this story similar to the Sun series (see page 2 of the story). Some of these stories were later reprinted in Hurricane as The Black Avenger. The series' most notable artists were Donald Lawrence and Jesús Blasco, with inking sometimes by his brothers Alejandro and Adriani Blasco.
