Synopsis

Green Arrow and Speedy are stumped as crooks raid houses all over the city and steal trophies with no monetary value. A deceased designer left duplicates of the trophies. The last is an archery trophy, the "Archie". Green Arrow competes in the contest - hanging upside down - as crooks grab the Archie. GA and Speedy are caught. The trophies hold a combination to a safe, but it fails. GA's arrow ring changed an "8" to look like a "3" - as they wrap up the crooks.
