Synopsis

A west coast crime syndicate moves into Gotham City with the intent to eliminate Batman any way they can, while seven of the Caped Crusader's foes join forces to stop them, fearing that they might be next on the syndicate's list.

Credits for script and inks confirmed from Julius Schwartz's editorial records, provided by DC Comics. Records show that Bob Kane was paid for the pencils, but Bob Hughes, Gene Reed and other scholars agree that pencils were actually by Stone and Certa.
