Notes

Script credit by Martin O'Hearn. Kane penciler by Craig Delich; we previously credited Sheldon Moldoff. Says Delich, "This story has always bothered me as to penciler, but carefully examining various clues in artistic styles known to have been used by Kane, I can conclude that the art is by Kane and not Moldoff." Inker credit by Craig Delich; we previously credited Sheldon Moldoff.
