Synopsis
After delivering Eva safely to Two Elms, Juan works with Archimedes to capture and break wild horses to sell. Three rustlers attempt to steal the horses. Juan is shot but remains positive, despite the two groups locked in a stalemate over the night. The cause of Juan's confidence is revealed when the rising sun shines in the rustler's eyes, and Juan and Archimedes defeat them. The pair hand the rustlers over to the sheriff and return to Eva.
Notes
The lead character is referred to as both John and Juan in this translation. Juan Mestizo was published in Jaimito from #1563 to #1585, in every second (odd numbered) issue, with a concluding episode in #1586.
