Notes
This could be the story "Traficantes de armas", reprinted as the "Gun Runners" in Ringo 4 and 31. However, the artwork does not look like Carlos Gimenez

Notes
The text of this story has been changed to remove slang/accents. For example, "git out" to "get out"; "yah" to "you"; "shore" to "sure". It seems likely that these changes were made in Australia and suggest a previous Australian reprint during a period when such changes to localise a comic were more common.

Notes
This version differences from the version in Apache Trail 1 in a number of ways, in addition to the title: new introductory text at the beginning; a bugler dies with "a flaming arrow in his breast" rather than joining is brothers in battle; a soldier dies with an arrow in his chest, rather than arm; Indians seek to scalp and kill, rather than claim Apache territory; and other similar (mainly text) changes that make it more violent. It seems likely that this version is from a pre-code source.
