Synopsis
Ringo arrives by train at Nogales on the Mexican frontier in order to return Mortimer to Tucson to be hanged. Mortimer's gang kidnaps the wife of one of the train drivers as the first step in their rescue plan.

The signature on this story is dated 1965. This story includes an occurance of the name "Gringo" without the "G" removed.

Synopsis
Fagan offers Mayor Pickard of Red Rock $5,000 to clear a Mexican village for a new train line. The coversation is overheard and the villagers prepare to defend their homes, but Miguel inflames the situation by kidnapping the Mayor's son and provides some legal grounds for the villagers to be expelled at no cost. Ringo secures the Sheriff's agreement to investigate.

Synopsis
Syd travels to Los Picos pursuing two criminals, Payton and Huck. The pair plan to rob a rich gold mine and accidntally cause a landslide when caught in the act by Laureano. Buried under the rubble, he is blamed for the theft--but Ringo is determined to save him and uncover the truth.
