Synopsis
A rash of psychic robberies, in which objects appear to move with the power of mind over matter, puzzle the Caped Crusaders, but not Alfred.

Synopsis
Robin, on his way to school to make a speech for the Presidency of the Junior Class, stops a motorcycle gang, whicjh is led by an expelled student. He successfully captures the gang, but, in the process, loses the chance to become class president at school.
