Synopsis

The Puppet-Master invents a Hypno-Ray and commits crimes using others as puppets, until he attempts to capture Green Lantern, who instead captures him. Meanwhile, Carol Ferris daydreams of marrying Green Lantern.

Notes

The Hypno-Ray is similar to an emotion controlling ray invented by Mind Games in Action Comics Weekly 611-613. Green Lantern uses a high speed stunt like The Flash.
