Notes

This is an amalgam of part five ("The Supergirl of Tomorrow", Action Comics 282, November 1961) and six ("The Six Red K Perils of Supergirl", Action Comics 283, December 1961) of a nine-part story. In the omitted material, Supergirl goes to the far future where her powers work, and she is affected by an additional Red K change—a wolf-girl (she inspires a horror-movie writer to another triumph). Part four, "The Secret of the Time-Barrier" from Action Comics 281, October 1961 is omitted. In the episode, Krypto knows that Supergirl is not Linda, and Lesla-Lar swaps back to Kandor again. Superman takes Supergirl on a trip to the past, where her powers work.

Notes

This is part seven of a nine-part story. The original title was "The Strange Bodies of Supergirl" and the omitted material (only 4 out of 12 pages printed) involved additional Red K changes—she grows an extra head and hallucinates having "fatal vision".
