Notes

Kevin Patrick reports Dixon originally drew this back-up story "as his 'audition' piece, when he was hawking his wares to Sydney publishers after the War. Based on that story, HJ Edwards snapped him up with an exclusive contract, and Tim Valour Comic was Dixon's first published series for Edwards." Dixon's Tim Valour first appeared as a back-up feature in Edwards

Action Comic #18 ('Valour in the Arctic') before getting his own self-titled series.
