Synopsis

A burglar who burnt his loot from a safe cracking, sent the money to the U.S. Treasury for replacement bills; an auto salesman chases a bank robber to try and sell him a new car; a man steals a car so he can report to authorities while he is on parole for stealing a car; a burglar is caught in possession of 5000 keys. He says it is his hobby to collect keys.
