Synopsis

Freddy is selling papers one day when he sees a young boy driving a fire engine out of the firehouse, and he follows after him. When he later talks to the "boy", Captain Marvel Jr. is told by the boy that he is actually 25 years old, but he hasn't grown physically. His father had invented an elixir of youth and the boy had taken some. Now the young boy thinks like a man but acts like a child.

Synopsis

As a Newsboy Club Initiation rite, Freddy must take a walk through a cemetery at night and falls into two graves, graves belonging to deceased bankers. Later, Captain Marvel Jr. discovers that a greedy sculptor had exhumed the bodies and dipped them into molten copper to make life-like statues to sell to their wealthy widows!
