Synopsis
After Diana's uncle, Col Dave Palmer forces the closure of a badly managed hotel (twice), he disappears. The Phantom investigates and discovers 'The Mob'. He finds Dave Palmer and uncovers the leader of the Mob, known as "Top" — meek bookkeeper Rudy.
