Synopsis
When Kookie borrows Stuart's car, two crooks mistake him for Bailey and take him to their boss. Upset because Kookie isn't Bailey, who had sent him to prison, the boss plans to have Kookie shot at midnight when a freight train's noise will cover the sound of the gunshot.
Notes
A billboard with "Watch Maverick Sunday night" (complete with a rough caricature of James Garner) plays a large part in the story. Script, pencils, and inks credits for this sequence from Alberto Becattini (May 14, 2007).
