The Minstrel has a totally different look, but is same villain as in Doll Man #23.

Synopsis
Butch is practicing a speech asking for a raise when Boss Bangs comes in. Butch gets so carried away that he punches his boss in the nose. Bangs gives him the raise.
Notes
Butch breaks the fourth wall in the final panel, saying "There's something all wrong with this page--it never happened this way before!"

The art is similar to Kirkpatrick's work on several Sally O'Neil in National Comics and Hack O'Hara in Crack Comics. Many faces in sideview popping in from the sides, bony noses in frontview, very wide trouser legs, and also rather still standing figures. Inking uncertain, as she had much pencil work for Quality Comics.
