Return from Forever!

Synopsis

Three Justice Leaguers try to save a beautiful "alien” who once came from Earth from a strange energy manifestation called The Construct. While the rest of the League battled the Manhunters, Aquaman, Atom, and Elongated Man were fighting The Construct, an electronic energy composite being who is trying to destroy a woman from another reality.

Notes

Englehart has stated that he surreptitiously continued his "Celestial Madonna" storyline from Marvel's Avengers series by having the character of Mantis essentially appear here as Willow. The character next appears as Loralei in Scorpio Rose (Eclipse, 1983 series) #2 before Englehart resumes the storyline with Mantis back at Marvel.
