Walt Disney's Comics and Stories (Dell, 1940 series) v8#2 (86) (November 1947) — Fireman Donald
Synopsis
Donald is a volunteer firefighter, but his enthusiasm cannot compensate for his ineptitude. His mistakes result in successive demotions from hose man to squirt man to wet sack man. When their own house catches fire, it is the nephews who save the day and they are rewarded with jobs on the firetruck.
Notes
The original story was untitled. The story begins with two panels on the cover. 20 panels, or approximately 2.5 pages, have been edited out.
