Synopsis

Eloise Breswick fears being buried alive and leaves her estate to her physician Dr. White on condition he keep her body above ground. Dr. White embalms her body and stores it in a grandfather clock for 25 years. It is subsequently transferred to the Manchester Natural History Museum before finally being buried in 1868.
