"Next Tuesday will see The Australian Women's Weekly launching out in a new direction with a children's comic of the highest standard. This production will be 'Fatty Finn's Weekly,' an all-Australian comic fo twelve large pages, containing pictures and stories contributed by the very best Australian artists ans writers. Fatty Finn's Weekly has been running for some time under a small proprietary company whch produced it in a limited way for a penny. Finding that they had neither the facilities nor the organisation to manage a first-class production, they began negotiations, as a result of which The Australian Women's Weekly has taken the paper over and will be putting out next week a first issue in the new, enlarged and colored form at 2d…"
